Only slightly bigger than a tennis ball, the PowerBall/Sports Gyrociser is an amazing power ball that works on your movement alone; there are no batteries. Once you have started the Gyrociser spinning, you simply rotate your wrist in either a clockwise or anti-clockwise direction. This creates a gyroscopic force which exercises the muscles just by the power created. By picking up the resistance, you can increase or decrease the speed of the inner ball by muscle control alone. The faster you make the inner ball spin, the more the resistance, and the heavier the Gyrociser feels. This in turn makes you grip harder. just to be aware people. i bought this for my dad for fathers day. but in the instructions it said not to use if you have a heart problem, so i was very dissapointed when he couldnt use it!! also it is very hard to get the gyro working.

After a week of using the ball for about 2.5 minutes on each arm per day I have already grown muscles in all parts of my arms... its like magic!!

I have heard how good the powerballs were but i didn't think they would be that effective however i thought i would give them a go it's only a tenner at the end of the day.
So it arrived in the post opened it up started spinning it with the cord i messed up first couple of times felt quite weird keeping it going but i got the hang of things and now i am completely addicted to them i spend at least 15 minutes a day using one and i am actually quite surprised by how effective they actually are.
I would definitely recommend these you will see and feel a difference within a couple of weeks

To be quite jonest this powerball is awful. It is hard to get going, and when you do it does not spin very fast and is not beneficial.
My advice is don't wast your money!!!

This is the original powerball and still the one I keep coming back to. I have been using various powerball for over two years now and I love it as much now as when I first got it. The manufacturer's description really doesn't do this product justice, although their website does. If you use this powerball at low speeds it is great for RSI and other wrist/arm injuries. At high speeds it gives an amazing workout and really builds up all the arm and shoulder muscles. The build quality is incredible (do not be tempted by inferior wannabes) and the lifetime guarantee is unbeatable. I've had to replace a small part already (due to my intensive usage!) and they sent out the part quickly, free of charge and with full fitting instructions, can't say fairer than that! It is truly addictive and put it on a table in a room full of friends and you will all soon be fighting to out do one another. I could write so much more about this product, but really you've got to buy one and try for yourself, you will not regret it!
